At The Shaded Palm we are committed to keeping our customers happy with their purchases.  If you have received an item and are unhappy with the sizing or the quality you can return it free of charge within Australia for a refund or a store credit of 110%.

For items to be returned we require it to be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags.  

Store credit can be used indefinitely for any items in the future.


  1. To return an item, please contact us at and include as many relevant details as possible, as this will help facilitate the return: your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and the style number and size of the item being returned.

  2. Pack the item into a padded envelope or box (e.g. the box that your goods came in) and send it back to us.  We recommend that you use express post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we cannot be held liable for any lost returned items.

  3. Refunds will be issued (less the original shipping charges) and exchanged items will be dispatched as soon as the returned goods have been received and verified. We will contact you if there are any concerns regarding availability.
  4. For store credit, this will be applied to your customer account for use against items purchased anytime in the future at 110% value of the paid price.
